Area Courthouse, Police, and Crime Reports for September 17th, 2025

On September 9th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Kevin Easley (61) of Maryville alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony) and Stealing. An affidavit from the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant stole a license plate belonging to someone else.  Bond was set at $5,000, cash or corporate surety. 

On September 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 74-year-old driver was slowing on Route A in Nodaway County to make a turn onto Eagle Road. A 26-year-old driver struck her from behind. The 74-year-old driver was injured and taken to Fairfax Hospital. 

On September 9th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Jimmy Taylor (75) of Jamesport alleging Assault (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Defendant may not have contact with the victim or witnesses. On September 10th, the defendant was released on his own recognizance. 

On September 9th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Hollyann Hill (37) of Skidmore alleging Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony) and DWI. Bond was set at $5,000, cash or corporate surety.

On September 9th, Alexandra Davis (36) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. She was placed on two years' probation by Judge Robert Rice. 

On September 10th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Ronnie Stevens (35) of Maysville alleging Stealing. An affidavit from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant stole $520 from his employer. Bond was set at $1,000, cash only. 

On September 10th, Brandon Wyatt (29) of Gallatin admitted to a probation violation and was sentenced to one year in prison in Clinton County Associate Circuit Court for a charge of Domestic Assault. Defendant was given credit for time served from April 4th.  Sentence will run concurrently with any time currently being served. Defendant had allegedly violated probation by picking up new charges in Daviess County.

On September 10th, Jose Rosales (39) of Houston (TX) failed to appear in Harrison County Associate Circuit Court on charges of Speeding (97 mph) and No Valid License. A warrant was issued and bond set at $1,500, cash only. 

On September 10th, Carter Willis (19) of West Des Moines (IA) failed to appear in Harrison County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway (Accident). A warrant was issued and bond set at $1,500, cash only. 

On September 10th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Anthony Headley (38) of Des Moines alleging Harassment (Felony). Bond was set at $15,000, cash only. 

On September 12th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Michael Litogot (40) of New Hampton alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony), No Valid License (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DWI, Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, and No Insurance. Bond was set at $10,000, cash only. 

On September 12th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2018 GMC Sierra pulled from a stop sign into the path of a 2014 Ford Fusion on Route 6 and Highway CC two miles west of Gallatin. The Fusion struck the Sierra. The Gallatin man driving the Sierra received serious injuries and was lifeflighted to Liberty Hospital. A 25-year-old passenger in the Sierra was also lifeflighted to Liberty Hospital. A 21-year-old woman in the Sierra received minor injuries. Two children in the Fusion received minor injuries. A 25-year-old passenger in the Fusion received serious injuries and was lifeflighted to Liberty Hospital. 

On September 12th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Randall Welch (71) of Pattonsburg alleging Harassment (Felony) and Trespassing. Bond was set at $10,000, cash only. On September 15th, the defendant was released on his own recognizance. Defendant may not have contact with victims and will be on house arrest except for medical appointments and legal appointments. 

On September 12th, Jesse Gray (48) of Gallatin pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to two counts Harassment, Domestic Assault, Property Damage, and Tampering with a Witness (Felony). A presentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing will be held at a later date. 

On September 12th, Endrina Bracho (34) of St. Charles pleaded guilty in St. Louis Circuit Court to charges of Involuntary Manslaughter (Felony) and two counts Assault (Felony). She was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with credit for 554 days served. The case received a lot of attention due to the fact that it was a wrong way crash in which a 12-year-old child was killed and due to the fact that Ms. Bracho is an undocumented immigrant. 

On September 12th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Gerrid Humpal (43) of Forsyth (MO) alleging DWI (Felony), two counts Possession of Loaded Gun While Intoxicated (Felony), and Careless & Imprudent Driving. 

On September 14th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Dylan Hart (32) of St. Joseph alleging Assault, Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), Resisting Arrest, DWI, No Valid License, No Insurance, and No Plates. Bond was denied. The defendant has a warrant out of Buchanan County for Failure to Appear (Felony Non-Support). Bond on that case is $10,000, cash only. 

On September 14th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a Jamesport woman and a child were injured on private property one mile west of Jamesport when the child hit the accelerator of a 2005 Honda ATV and the woman overcorrected, causing it to overturn. 

On September 15th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Julius Thomas (39) of Springfield alleging Possession of Razor Blade at Jail (Felony). Bond was denied. 

On September 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Alexander Thompson (25) of Maryville alleging DWI, Driving While Suspended, and Speeding (71 mph). 

Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
