The following Pattonsburg football players were named to the All-State Squad Thursday:
Brett Emig – 2nd Team Wide Receiver. Brett finished with 65 catches for 1,141 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns.
Kaden Koch, 2nd Team Defensive End. He finished with 7 sacks and 129 tackles for the Panthers.
Steven Willhite, 1st Team Quarterback. Steven finished with 5,424 passing yards, breaking the State Eight Man passing mark previously held by Kobe Reynolds (North/West Nodaway). He had 93 touchdown passes, a national record. He had 751 rushing yards and 19 rushing touchdowns.
Dakota Eaton, 1st Team Wide Receiver. He had 95 catches for 1,690 yards and 22 touchdowns. His speed created problems for defenses all year.
Patrick Cowley, 1st Team Offensive Line. He had 153 catches for 2,097 yards and 37 touchdowns. His combination of speed and strength made him difficult to tackle, and he was one of the most reliable receivers this year. Cowley was also named as 2nd Team Defensive Back, where he had 5 interceptions and 91 tackles.
Clark Adler, 2nd Team Offensive Line. He anchored a line that kept defenses away from Steven Willhite all year. He could drive block to get backs loose as well.
Kaden Koch, 2nd Team Defensive End. He had 7 sacks and 129 tackles for the Panthers. He stepped up in a big way after Carter Crone went down, getting 21 tackles in a game once.
