Northeast Nodaway's boys got back on the winning track last Tuesday night when they beat Osborn 48-41, downing the Wildcats for the second time this year. They jumped out to a 17-6 lead after one, and then held off Osborn's attempts to get back in the game. The key to winning for the Bluejays this year seems to be their scoring; when they score 40 or more points this year, they are 3-1 this year. When they fail to do so, they are 0-3. Their defense has kept them in most of their games.
Ben Boswell had 21 points for the Bluejays. Mitchell Sherry had 9, Dylan McIntyre 6, Reed McIntyre and Auston Pride 4 each, and Drew Wiederholt and Nate Schieber 2 each. Ben Boswell had three 3-pointers, while Mitchell Sherry had 2. The Bluejays were 5 for 10 from the line.
The girls lost their game to Osborn 51-25.
