Ryan Davis, NEN Players to Reunite

Former NEN coach Ryan Davis and three of his former players from the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 teams will reunite at the Lions All Star Classic in June. Coach Ryan Davis will be coaching the White team this year, assisted by Eric Fairchild, who coached the Bluejays last year. Emily Bryant and Kristin Sherry will all play on the White team as Coach Ryan Davis has assembled a capable lineup that will challenge for the gold medal. On the team will be Kari Schram (Central), Randi Blazer (Lathrop), Alex Goodwin (Lathrop), Nina Pinkney (North Kansas City), Sarah Emerson (Pattonsburg), Makayla Vette (Rock Port), Lindsey Partridge (Savannah), and Mysti Williams (South Harrison). They will have to get past a pretty capable Black team, however; Coach Tyler Pedersen of Jefferson along with Coach Quentin Albrecht of Trenton have assembled a post-heavy lineup including Chelsea Merrigan of Jefferson, Whitney Bennett of South Harrison, and Rebekah Capeder of Trenton.
