A gun raffle will be held for North Nodaway student Trevin Wyllie. The drawing will be held July 12th, 2025. In January, he suffered an injury in basketball which was initially thought to be a high ankle sprain, but which turned out to be bone cancer. He has been undergoing treatment since March, which will be followed by an amputation in the first weeks of June. His goal is to be able to play sports again.
The gun is a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Sport 16.5” with 10 rounds. Cost is $10 per chance for five chances for $45.
All proceeds will go to the Wyllie family. The drawing will take place on July 12th and the winner notified the following day. Winners must be willing to drive to an arms dealer’s location for pickup, have a completed and clear background check, and follow the dealer’s rules. If you are denied the gun for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Must be claimed within 15 days of July 13th.
