The Worth County community is invited to participate in the final Strategic Plan meeting to be held June 2nd at 6 pm at the Grant City Golf Clubhouse.
The first meeting, held on April 30th, provided a comprehensive SWOC analysis—highlighting Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges—which helped identify key areas for focus. The second meeting held May 12th built on these insights, and helped set clear, actionable Goals and supporting Objectives to help achieve them.
This Final meeting will be used to solidify and finalize the Goals and Objectives for Worth County's Strategic Plan. The Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments (NWMO RCOG) will continue leading this project. The meeting will be facilitated by Kirk Kopper, Community Planner with NWMO RCOG.
