For the girls, Albany had 79, East Atchison 76, Worth County 73, Maysville 44, Gallatin 33, Stanberry 26, South/Nodaway-Holt 25, Platte Valley 21, North Harrison 21, Rock Port 18, St. Joseph Christian 13, King City 12, NEN 8, North/West Nodaway 8, Union Star 6, and Pattonsburg 2.
For the boys, Gallatin had 100 points. Worth County had 76.75, King City 50, Stanberry 44, Albany 36, Rock Port 35.75, Platte Valley 34, South/Nodaway-Holt 20.75, Union Star 14.75, Maysville 14, North Harrison 14, NEN 13, North/West Nodaway 10, East Harrison 1, and East Atchison 1.
For the girls, Hailey Adwell won the 800 by over three seconds, getting a winning time of 2:38.37. The Tigers placed two in the 100 Hurdles as Brooklyn Richardson was second with a time of 17.89, while Becca Smith was fourth with a time of 18.83.
In the relays, the 4x100 team of Becca Smith, Ali Brown, Brooklyn Richardson, and Hailey Adwell was fourth with a time of 59.23. The 4x200 team of Autumn Cousatte, Becca Smith, Ali Brown, and Brooklyn Richardson won with a time of 2:03.70.
In the Pole Vault, Claire McElvain matched a personal best and took third with a height of 7’6”. Brooklyn Richardson was fifth with a height of 5’6”. Becca Smith was second in the Long Jump with a jump of 13’½”. Ali Brown was fourth in the Triple Jump with a jump of 28’1”.
In the throwing events, Ali Brown was fifth in the Shot Put with a throw of 31’7”. Taylor Sanders won the Discus with a throw of 81’8”. Kara Staton was fourth with a throw of 69’6½”.
For the boys, Levi Cassavaugh was second in the 400 with a time of 1:00.43. Wyatt Craven was second in the 100 Hurdles with a time of 17.90. Braxton Hightshoe was fourth with a time of 18.73.
In the relays, the 4x200 team of Tyler New, Wyatt Craven, Levi Cassavaugh, and Braxton Hightshoe was fourth with a time of 1:54.05. In the 4x400, the team of Levi Cassavaugh, Wyatt Craven, Jon Galanakis, and Tyler New was third with a time of 4:15.95.
The Tigers placed two in the High Jump as Jon Galanakis was third with a height of 4’10”. Braxton Hightshoe was tied for fourth with a height of 4’8”. The Pole Vault competition was one of the most exciting competitions of the day and turned into a duel between Levi Cassavaugh and Cooper Berry (Maysville). Berry was winning on tiebreaks, but on his last try, Levi Cassavaugh got a personal best of 8’3” and won. Tyler New was tied for fourth with a height of 7 feet. Jon Galanakis was fourth in the Long Jump with a jump of 15’10½”. Wyatt Craven was second in the Triple Jump with a jump of 32’5”, and Jon Galanakis was fourth with a jump of 30’7”.
Jase Latham ran away with the shot put with a throw of 38’1½”, over a foot ahead of his nearest competitor.
