90 Year Old Man Seriously Injured in Wreck Near Ravenwood

A 90 year old man was seriously injured in a wreck four miles west of Ravenwood Tuesday afternoon April 23rd at around 4:10 pm. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2012 Mazda 3 driven by Cory Money (36) of Maryville was westbound on 136 and a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria driven by John Schieber (90) of Ravenwood was southbound on Route E. The Patrol says that after stopping at the stop sign of E and 136, the Crown Victoria entered the intersection, driving into the path of the Mazda 3. The front of the Crown Victoria struck the Mazda 3 on the passenger side. Schieber received serious injuries and was taken to Mosaic Medical Center. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Money was not injured in the accident. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
