Born November 3, 1949 in Maryville, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late James and Gertrude Schieber Moffat.
Irma was a graduate of Jefferson High School and was employed by Albert Bell, Marfice and Creviston Jewelers.
On June 24, 1978, she was united in marriage to Mark Wolfer at Conception Jct., Missouri. She was a member of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church, Maryville.
Surviving are husband Mark Wolfer, son, Brian (Kasi) Wolfer, Urbandale, IA, daughter, Kimberly (Jordan) Pfeifer of Columbus, NE, two grandchildren, Leo Wolfer and Pierce Pfeifer, brother Lawrence Donald (Joyce) Moffat, Ravenwood, MO, sister, Dorothy Eileen Ray, Des Moines, IA.
She was preceded in death by brothers, James Marvin Moffat and Cletus George Moffat, sisters, Alicia Ann Tobin and Odilia Marie Wilmes.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11:30 AM Thursday, April 4, at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
A Parish Rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM Wednesday, April 3 at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church, with a visitation to follow.
Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Gregory School Fund.
