Five Local Players, One Coach Named to Lions All-Star Squads

Four local players and one coach were named to the Lions All-Star Games in Trenton this year. For the girls, Kristin Herndon (North Nodaway) and Jessi Badell (Worth County) were chosen.
For the boys, chosen were Logan Craig (North Harrison), Arron Coleman (North Nodaway), and Dylan Vore (NEN).

North Nodaway girls coach Sami Jackson will be dressed in unfamiliar garb, as she will be an assistant coach for the Purple Squad under Josh Petersen (South Holt).

The games this year will be on June 1st at the Ketcham Center at North Central Missouri College in Trenton. The games will start at 9 am. The banquet will be on May 31st at 6 pm; the cost is $15. Contact Mickey Beach (660) 853-9655 for tickets.
