Grant City Teen Injured in Wreck Sunday
A Grant City teen was injured in a wreck Sunday afternoon near Maryville. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2012 Dodge driven by Jacob Yates (17) of St. Joseph was southbound on Ivory Road, a gravel road ½ of a mile south of Maryville at around 4:16 that afternoon. The driver lost control as he attempted to negotiate a curve, traveled off the south side of the roadway, and overturned, coming to rest on its top.
