Belinda Diane Schuster was born August 19, 1960, to Keleta Pearl Barber and William Dean Schuster. Belinda was born the second of four children. In 1973, Keleta and Bill Dunkeson became friends, and later married, in 1978. Bill was the man who showed Belinda and her siblings what a father is. Belinda and Dunk had a very strong bond.
Belinda and her siblings spent their early childhood in the Blockton & Maloy area where friendships were built and many great memories made.
In 1982, her family grew when she welcomed son Cory. In 1983, daughter Miranda was born. In 1986, Belinda met Steve Fletcher, and they welcomed son Tracy in 1988. Belinda and Steve spent nearly 20 years together.
Belinda loved her kids and grandkids. They were her entire world. Her favorite things were gardening and flower shopping. She wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to go antique shopping or to the western stores. Belinda cherished her work friendships at Bunn.
Belinda passed away on February 16, 2025. She was preceded in death by Dean Schuster, Melva Jeralds, Steve Fletcher, and her grandparents.
Belinda leaves behind her three children Cory, Miranda, and Tracy, along with eight grandchildren; three siblings Bill, Bea, and Barry; her parents Bill & Keleta Dunkeson; and several special friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Diagonal Community Center on Thursday, February 20 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Pastor Bill Armstrong will begin at 12:00 pm with memories of Belinda's life. Everyone is invited to stay as there will be food and everyone can share with each other memories of Belinda as we celebrate her life.
