A Grant City woman was killed in a wreck at around 3:50 pm Tuesday afternoon. A cop car came speeding through Sheridan with their flashers on. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2002 Lincoln driven by Stacie Jenks (50) of Grant City was westbound on 46 when she lost control, crossed the center line, overcorrected, and traveled off the north side and struck a tree. Her body was taken to Andrews-Hann Funeral Home.
