On November 25th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against DeAndre Shawn Johnson (49) of Albany alleging Passing a Bad Check.
On November 25th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Drew Wiederholt (17) of Ravenwood alleging DWI, Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), and No Seat Belt.
On November 25th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Joshua Terrell (36) of Cameron in Harrison County on charges of DWI (Person Under 17 in Vehicle), Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), and two counts Failure to Secure Child in Booster Seat.
On November 26th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Lauren Harrison (19) of St. Joseph in Nodaway County on a St. Joseph Warrant for Failure to Appear (Speeding) and Speeding.
On November 28th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Bradley DeGase (42) and Angela DeGase (31) of Barnard alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). Bond was denied.
On November 29th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Cody Galyan (21) of Burlington Junction alleging four counts Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Felony) and two counts Assault. Bond was denied.
On November 30th, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Austin Farley (24) of Gilman City alleging DWI, Failure to Register, and Speeding (20-25 mph over).
On November 30th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Deghontae Bowman (32) of Lee’s Summit alleging Blood Alcohol Content Violation and Failure to Secure Load.
On November 30th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Travis McCorkendale (42) of Lone Jack alleging DWI.
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
