She was born July 3, 1930 in Harrison County, Missouri the daughter of Tim and Blanche (Sego) Combs.
On March 28, 1948, she married Beryl D. Arkle. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2014.
Rosie was also preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Stephanie Osmon; daughter, Rhonda Osmon; step-mother, Gladys Combs and several siblings.
Rosie was a member of the Eagleville Methodist Church; Order of Eastern Star and the Modernette Club.
Survivors include her daughters, Paula (Pat) Eivins, Cameron, MO and Lisa (Randy) Flint, Bethany, MO; son-in-law, Terry “Butch” Osmon, Bethany, MO; 4 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and sister, Cleda Palmer.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Morris Chapel Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Morris Chapel Cemetery in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 46, Bethany, MO 64424.
