Obituary -- Frances Richardson 1930-2020

Frances Loree (Harrison) Slaughter Richardson was born April 22, 1930 in Harrison County, Missouri to John Franklin and Tressie Opal (McLey) Harrison. She passed away at Crestview Home on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at the age of 89 years 9 months and 1 day.

Loree graduated from Bethany High School. Loree met her husband, Carl W. Slaughter, I, while attending high school. She attended the First Baptist Church of Bethany, with Carl and their son, Bill. Loree worked at the Bethany Trust Bank for 46 years. Carl passed away in 1976. Loree later married Robert Richardson in 1983 and moved to Blythedale were they attended the Chrisitan Church.

Loree was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl and second husband, Robert; three sisters: Carmaleta Medlin, Mary McKinny and Joanell Mullen; an infant brother; and her parents.

She is survived by her son: Carl W. “Bill” Slaughter, II; grandsons: Jason (Jill) Slaughter, Jeremy (Kimberly) Slaughter, Joshua (Kari) Slaughter; 9 great grandchildren: Lakessha (Hunter) Hamaker, Jade Slaugher, Aubrey Slaughter, Jaxon Slaughter, Brittany Slaughter, Ivee Slaughter, Sammy Slaughter, Charlie Slaughter and Kenize Slaughter; one great-great grandchild: Myla Hamaker.
