Dr. Dallas Mullock to Open Practice in Maryville

Worth County grad Dr. Dallas Mullock has announced plans to open a family practice clinic in Maryville, setting up a Facebook Page, “Mullock Health Care LLC.”

He was born and raised on a farm in Parnell. He is married to Melissa and they have three daughters, Morgan, Dena, and Sadie. He has been a paramedic at the Nodaway County Ambulance District, an Environmental Public Health Specialist & Emergency Response Planner at Nodaway Health Center, and a C-130 pilot with the Missouri National Guard. He is a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon in the Missouri Air National Guard in St. Joseph. He comes from a family with a long tradition of serving in the military.

Dr. Mullock is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Neuromusculoskeletal medicine. He was a 1998 graduate of Worth County, became a Paramedic Specialist at the University of Iowa in 1999, got a Business Management Degree at Northwest in 2007, got his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree at A.T. Still University in Kirksville (MO) in 2015, and completed his residence this year at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
