On October 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Wade Adams (29) of Allendale alleging Speeding and No Valid License.

On October 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Cody Straight (24) of Grant City alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), Failure to Register, and No Insurance.

On October 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Christopher Scott Rice of Plattsburg alleging Speeding (20-25 mph over).

On October 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Carissa Snead (34) of Albany alleging Speeding.

On October 8th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Thomas Bradley (44) of Delphos alleging Assault (Felony).

On October 8th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Cody Swinney (29) of Skidmore alleging Driving While Revoked.

On October 8th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Josh Kincaid (35) of Stanberry alleging Peace Disturbance.

On October 8th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Clint Roberts (35) of King City alleging Domestic Assault.

On October 9th, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Tony Bennett (27) of Cainsville alleging Operating a Vehicle Owned By Another Without Insurance.

On October 9th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Craig Clements (33) of Natchez (MS) alleging Resisting Arrest.

On October 10th, two defendants in a case involving locking a child in a cage and starving her for months were sentenced in Gentry County. Jennifer Reed was sentenced to 22 years in prison for two counts of Kidnapping and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Raymond Burks received 18 years for two counts of Kidnapping and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. They allegedly handcuffed an 11 year old girl to a cage and withheld food from her as punishment. Reed must serve 12.75 years of her sentence before becoming eligible for parole, while Burks must serve at least 11.05 years before becoming eligible for parole.

On October 10th, the emergency sirens went off in Maryville. It was only a test; there were no warnings in force.

On October 10th, Special Prosecutor Myra Stout filed charges against Jacob Terry (32) of Jamesport in Harrison County alleging Non-Support (Felony).

On October 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Lyle Root (33) of Maryville alleging Tampering with Electronic Monitoring Equipment (Felony), Violating Condition of Lifetime Supervision (Felony), and Armed Criminal Action (Felony).

On October 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Miranda Ferguson (32) of Maryville alleging DWI and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).

On October 11th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Dong Park (25) of Maryville alleging No Valid License.

On October 11th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Tanner Wilcox (20) of Parnell alleging DWI and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).

On October 11th, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Robert Miller (28) of Martinsville alleging Driving While Revoked (2nd or 3rd Offense).

On October 11th, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Timothy Nichols (64) of Albany alleging DWI (Felony), Failure to Drive on Right Half, and Driving While Revoked.

On October 11th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Toshia Law (39) of Stanberry alleging No Valid License (Felony).

On October 11th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Keenan Critten (40) of Jamesport in Harrison County on charges of DWI (Felony), Driving While Revoked, and Illegally Operating ATV on Roadway.

On October 11th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Tammy Crickard (49) of Camdenton (MO) alleging Speeding.

On October 12th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Jacob Williams (23) of Maryville in Nodaway County on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Speeding, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Victor Parra Moreno, 24, of Creston, was arrested on October 12, 2019. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While License Revoked. Parra Moreno's license was revoked for a prior OWI. Parra Moreno is being held at the Taylor County Jail on $1,000 bond pending an initial appearance with the Magistrate.

On October 13, 2019, at approximately 2:00 am, the Taylor County Sheriff's Office received a report of vandalism to the Footworks Dance Studio, located at 408 Main Street, in Bedford. The Taylor County Sheriff's Office is aware that there were several extra patrons to the Locker Room on the evening of October 12, and there is a high likelihood of someone having information to assist us. The Taylor County Sheriff's Office is asking for anyone who may have information regarding the incident call our administrative line at (712) 523 2929 or email dispatch@taylorcountyiowa.org. On October 13th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Roman Tinoco (18) of Independence in Harrison County on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Speeding, Failure to Drive on Right Half, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Charges were filed on October 14th by Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer.

Leonardo Zamora, 27, of Osceola, was arrested on October 15, 2019 in the 600 block of North Brooks, in Lenox. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Drugs- First Offense. Zamora was additionally cited for Speeding, Operating without a Valid Driver's License, and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance. Zamora additionally has valid warrants out of Texas. Zamora is being held at the Taylor County Jail on $1,000 bond pending an initial appearance with the Magistrate.

On October 15th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Casey Sperry (40) of Gilman City alleging DWI (Felony), Speeding, Failure to Drive on Right Half, No Valid License, and No Insurance.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Jennifer Finger (46) of Nevada (MO) alleging Forgery.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Shaun Davidshofer (37) of Coin (IA) alleging Driving While Revoked.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Shirley Sanders (63) of Skidmore alleging Stealing.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Tony Brown (40) of Maryville alleging Sexual Misconduct.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Marisa Bronson (20) of Camden Point (MO) alleging Minor in Possession.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Braddley Lehman (23) of Bedford alleging No Valid License and Failure to Stop.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Jake Sayre (22) of Maryville alleging DWI and Failure to Drive on Right Half.

On October 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Sean Watson (24) of Ravenwood alleging No Valid License.

Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
