John Wayne Ault, 62, Gentry, MO (formerly of Stanberry, MO) passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in King City, MO.
He was born November 22, 1955 in Gentry County, Missouri the son of Walter E. and Ramona (Housel) Ault.
John served in the United States Navy. He enjoyed working on Chevy hotrods, watching drag racing, and loved loud rock and roll music.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter “Bud” Ault and his nephew, Carl Phillip.
John is survived by his mother, Ramona Ault, Stanberry, MO; sister, Patsy Phillip, Stanberry, MO; brothers, LeRoy (Karen) Ault, King City, MO, Russell (Joann) Ault, Kansas City, MO; 2 nieces, Tiffany (Ed) Wiederholt, Ravenwood, MO, Dawn (Shane) Starling, Savannah, MO; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and a host of friends.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life with Military Rites at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10 at the Stanberry Community Center, Stanberry, MO. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Ravenwood Cemetery, Ravenwood, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday at the community center.
