Danny Hyatt (52) of Plattsburg was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Harrison County on Friday, February 9th on a misdemeanor warrant from Platte County for operating a motor carrier vehicle with unsafe/improper frame/suspension, axle, wheel, rim, or steering.
Donald Waldeier (52) of Grant City was arrested in Worth County by the Patrol on Saturday, September 10th on charges of Felony DWI along with Careless & Imprudent Driving.
The above charges are mere accusations and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence.
On Thursday, February 8th, Worth County Prosecuting Attorney Brett Hurst filed charges against James Meek of Blockton for Class E Felony Driving While Revoked on December 18th, 2017.
On Thursday, February 8th, Hurst filed charges against Kenneth J. Farmer of Grant City alleging that on December 18th, Farmer committed a Class E Felony of Operating a Vehicle on the Highway Without a Valid License.
Charges listed are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
