Hadley Downing Swipes Four in "B" Girls Victory

Hadley Downing had four steals, and a swarming Tiger defense capped off a sweep of King City with a 17-3 win for the "B" girls Tuesday, November 4th. Daden Findley led seven different Tigers who found their way into the scoring column.

Worth County started off the scoring when Hadley Downing inbounded a pass and Jolee Hauber was there for the layup. Daden Findley added a steal to make it 4-0 with 2:05 left in the first. 

The teams traded blows for the rest of the first quarter and first part of the second as Presley Deatherage drove and scored for King City, Karleigh Guinn scored off a drive for the Tigers, and Maci Force scored a free throw after a steal for the Wildkats to make it 6-3.

But then the floodgates opened for the Tigers in the final 2:55 of the game after Daden Findley grabbed a putback. Kyah Joslin grabbed another putback, and then the Tigers could do no wrong as Joslin got the ball to Addie Cadle on the baseline, and she hit a touch shot with a hand in her face. Catelynn Moyer added a free throw, Kaydence Downing got on the board with a steal, and Moyer scored off a Hadley Downing steal to close out the scoring.

Daden Findley had 4 for the Tigers. Catelynn Moyer had 3, and Jolee Hauber, Karleigh Guinn, Kyah Joslin, Addie Cadle, and Kaydence Downing all had 2.

Kyah Joslin had 3 rebounds. Daden Findley and Kynlee Wymore had 2, and Kaydence Downing, Hadley Downing, Kylie Combs, and Teagan Saville 1 each.

Hadley Downing had 2 assists, and Kyah Joslin had 1.

Kaydence Downing had 4 tips. Teagan Saville had 3, and Addie Cadle, Tatum Allee, Kylie Combs, and Kyah Joslin had 1 each.

Hadley Downing had 4 steals. Karleigh Guinn and Kaydence Downing had 2, and Jolee Hauber, Addie Cadle, Daden Findley, Kyah Joslin, and Teagan Saville had 1 each.
