Area Courthouse, Police, and Crime Reports for November 26th, 2025

On November 17th, Sherry Young (48) of Polo pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to charges of Burglary (Felony) and Stealing. She was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.

On November 17th, Tameika Russell (38) of Maitland pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to charges of Delivery of Controlled Substance (Felony) and Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). She was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must undergo substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations.

On November 17th, Jerrod King (47) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Assault (Felony). He was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Corey Herron with credit for time served.

On November 18th, John Bohannon (39) of Jameson pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Micha Lea Dixon. Defendant must serve two days shock time in jail.

On November 18th, Jeremiah Brittain (27) of Gallatin pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Violation of Protection Order. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice. Defendant may have no contact with the victim.

On November 18th, Harry Guest (47) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. He was fined $350 plus costs by Judge Robert Rice.

On November 18th, Darrell Zukowski (57) of St. Joseph pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Speeding. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice and fined $100 plus costs.

On November 18th, Maude Fears (25) of Tacoma (WA) pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. She was fined $500 plus costs by Judge Robert Rice.

On November 18th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Dalton Tovrea (28) of Milan alleging Stealing. Bond was set at $1,000, cash only. An affidavit from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant stole cash from the cash register at his employer’s, Love’s Truck Stop of Eagleville.

On November 19th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Michael Litogot (40) of New Hampton alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony), DWI, and No Insurance. Bond was set at $10,000, cash only.

On November 19th, William Cockrum (45) of Kincaid (KS) failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court on charges of No Valid License and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident). A warrant was issued and bond set at $350, cash only.

On November 19th, Tyler Vongkhamchanh (21) of Barnard pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Peace Disturbance. He was placed on probation for one year by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant may have no contact with victim.

On November 19th, Phoenix Coil (21) of Albany pleaded guilty in Gentry County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Speeding. She was placed on two years probation by Judge Rebecca McGinley. Defendant must make $300 donation to Gentry County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund, successfully complete SATOP, and pay $196 in fines and costs. Defendant may not consume alcohol or enter bars.

On November 20th, Judge Matthew Krohn revoked the probation of Shawn Perry (55) of Dubuque (IA) in Harrison County Circuit Court following a violation report and a motion to revoke. He was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Court retains jurisdiction for 120 days, and the DOC will make recommendations regarding probation or incarceration. Defendant had been on probation on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).

On November 20th, Richard King (50) of Bethany failed to appear in Harrison County Circuit Court on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Driving While Revoked (Felony), Failure to Stop, and No Insurance. A warrant was issued and bond set at $15,000, cash only.

On November 20th, Jackson Olson (21) of Eagleville pleaded guilty to a charge of Assault (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Matthew Krohn. Defendant must make $300 contribution to Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.

On November 20th, Amanda Morriss (43) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Delivery of Controlled Substance (Felony). She was sentenced to eight years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Court retains jurisdiction for 120 days, and the DOC will make recommendations to the court regarding incarceration or probation.

On November 23rd, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 69-year-old Des Moines woman and a 68-year-old passenger were injured when their vehicle ran off the side of I-35 seven miles south of Pattonsburg at around 9:25 pm, struck a cluster of trees, and overturned. A third occupant was not injured.

On November 23rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Tyler Storm (38) of Maryville alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony), Sex Offender Within 500 Feet of School, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $30,000, cash or corporate surety.

Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
