Area Courthouse, Police, and Crime Reports for November 12th, 2025

On November 4th, Dylan Hart (32) of St. Joseph pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to charges of Assault, Careless & Imprudent Driving, Resisting Arrest, DWI, No Valid License, and No Insurance. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail by Judge Micha Lea Dixon  with credit for time served and fined $403.50 plus costs.

On November 4th, Lester Bryan (68) of Jamesport pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Peace Disturbance. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Micha Lea Dixon. Defendant may have no contact with the victim.

On November 4th, Marisa Mackey (37) of Ravenwood pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Driving While Revoked. She was fined $650 plus court costs by Judge Robert Rice.

On November 4th, Jordan Lammers (26) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of Resisting Arrest, two counts Assault, DWI, and Speeding. They were placed on two years probation, sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served, and fined $500 plus costs by Judge Robert Rice.

On November 4th, Steven Trimm (70) pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. He was fined $350 plus costs by Judge Micha Lea Dixon.

On November 4th, Kayla O’Hollearn (31) of Springfield pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. She was sentenced to five days in jail by Judge Micha Lea Dixon.

On November 5th, Zebulon Searcy (44) of  Pattonsburg pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to charges of Domestic Assault (Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. A sentencing assessment report was ordered and defendant was continued on bond with the additional condition that all communication between the defendant and the victim must be through My Family Wizard.

On November 5th, Saul Mendoza-Garcia (25) of Oklahoma City failed to appear in Harrison County Associate Circuit Court on charges of Speeding, No Valid License, and No Plates. A warrant was issued and bond was set at $600, cash only.

On November 5th, Jeramiah Brittain (27) of Gallatin pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to a charge of Domestic Assault. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Daren Adkins. Defendant may not enter Daviess County. Defendant must live at Breaking Barriers for the entire term of his probation.

On November 5th, Angela Keeling (34) of Poplar Bluff failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident). Judge Robert Rice ordered her bond of $200 to be forfeited.

On November 5th, Judge Corey Herron ordered the release of David Chandler (44) of King City to five years probation following completion of a 120-day institutional treatment program at the Missouri Department of Corrections. Defendant must attend an aftercare program focusing on substance use and obtain his High School Equivalency. Defendant may not possess or consume alcohol or enter bars. Defendant had pleaded guilty in Gentry County Circuit Court to a charge of Burglary (Felony).

On November 5th, Hubert Cook (43) of King City failed to appear in Gentry County Associate Circuit Court to a probation violation hearing. A warrant was issued and bond was set at $500, cash only. Defendant had been on probation on charges of Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident) and Leaving the Scene.

On November 6th, Nodaway County Associate Circuit Judge Robert Rice ordered the extradition of Preston Johnson (24) of Seymour (MO) from Nodaway County to Ballard County (KY) to face Probation Violation charges.

On November 6th, Norman Butts (45) of Darlington pleaded guilty in Gentry County Circuit Court to charges of Resisting Arrest and Driving While Revoked (Felony). He was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Corey Herron and placed on probation for five years.

On November 6th, Judge Corey Herron revoked the probation of Jack Buckman (24) of Bethany in Gentry County Circuit Court and ordered 120 days shock time in the Missouri Department of Correction to undergo treatment. Defendant had been on probation for a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).

On November 6th, Gary Spire (81) of Parnell pleaded guilty in Gentry County Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must successfully complete out-patient treatment and serve 30 days shock time, to be served on weekends, with credit for time served.

On November 7th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against David Miller (43) of Spickard alleging Harassment (Felony) and Stalking (Felony). Bond was denied.

On November 7th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Isaac Smith (32) of Stanberry alleging Child Molestation (Felony). Bond was set at $7,500, cash or corporate surety.

On November 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Richard Deuel (49) of Bethany alleging Violation of Protection Order. Bond was set at $2,500, cash only.

Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
