On November 4th, the Bethany Republican-Clipper reported that Robert Zavorowski (66) of River Falls (WI) died after falling from his hunting stand and getting tangled up in it. He had been reported missing and the body was found after a 911 call.
On November 12th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Larry Atkison (42) of Jamesport alleging DWI.
On November 12th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Christina Fisher (41) of Ridgeway alleging Violation of School Attendance Law.
On November 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Kelly Robbins (44) of Omaha and Sophia Robbins-Palmer (20) of Omaha alleging Stealing. An affidavit from the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant stole $621.23 worth of merchandise from the Maryville Wal-Mart.
On November 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Joseph McGrew (61) of Guilford alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony).

An affidavit from the Maryville Police Department alleges the defendant stole $351.99 worth of merchandise from the Maryville Wal-Mart after the defendant had been trespassed from all Wal-Mart stores.
On November 13th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Chance Midyett (37) of King City alleging DWI (Felony), Driving While Revoked, and Unlawfully Operating Utility Vehicle on Highway. Bond was set at $7,500, cash or corporate surety.
On November 14th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Tucker Craft (20) of Albany alleging Making a False Report, No Insurance, No Valid License, and Possessing Plates Belonging to Another.
On November 14th, the FBI in Kansas City announced the arrests of 24 people in Kansas City and the surrounding areas for child sexual exploitation-related charges following Operation Summer Heat. Changes included Electronic Solicitation, Attempted Coercion, Enticement, Traveling to Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct, Sexual Exploitation, and Possession, Distribution, and Production of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
On November 14th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Wesley Parker (42) of Maryville alleging Stealing (Felony) and No Valid License (Felony). An affidavit from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant attempted to steal a motorcycle from someone attempting to sell it on Facebook.
On November 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Jeffrey VanGundy (54) of Maryville alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Valid License.
On November 16th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Nickolas Burch (36) of Calumet City (IL) alleging two counts Trafficking Drugs (Felony), Assault (Felony), and two counts Resisting Arrest (Felony). Bond was denied.
On November 16th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Lee Norman (44) of Ravenwood alleging Stealing (Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Register.
On November 17th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that three people were injured on I-35 three miles south of Pattonsburg when a Freightliner struck a towed unit which detached.
On November 17th, Bradley Holsman (24) of Skidmore pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On November 17th, Sherry Young (48) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to charges of Burglary (Felony) and Stealing. She was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On November 17th, Jerrod King (47) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Assault (Felony). He was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Corey Herron with credit for time served.
On November 17th, Tameika Russell (38) of Forest City pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to charges of Delivery of Controlled Substance (Felony) and Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). She was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On November 18th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Jerrod Naze (24) of Maryville alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony).
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
