On January 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Donald Gillespie (61) of Grant City in Worth County on charges of Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, DWI, No Insurance, and Driving While Revoked.
On January 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Devin Cox (23) of Oregon (MO) alleging Stealing. An affidavit from the Maryville Police Department alleges that the defendant stole a robot vacuum, a beard trimmer, a surge protector, and a teeth whitening pen from a local store.
On January 10th, Christopher Crosthwait (57) of Kansas City (KS) failed to show up in Gentry County Circuit Court on charges of DWI, Failure to Stop, Failure to Signal, Careless & Imprudent Driving, No Valid License, and Failure to Comply with Ignition Interlock Requirements. A warrant was issued and bond set at $750, cash only.
On January 11th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Noah McCrary (23) of Gilman City alleging Domestic Assault (Felony) and Harassment (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000, cash only.
On January 13th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Norman Moad (55) of King City alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony). Bond was set at $3,000, cash or corporate surety.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
