A bridge along Route A south of Isadora will be replaced by the Missouri Department of Transportation within the next few years, the DOT announced Wednesday. Also targeted for replacement are the Brushy Creek and Fitzgerald Branch bridges on Route T in Gentry County and the Ames Creek bridge on Route D in Harrison County.
The work is paid for by a Trump Administration grant awarded in 2019 worth $20.7 million that the DOT had applied for. The DOT had applied to replace deficient bridges on low-volume roads in rural counties.
