Pattonsburg Teen Injured in Wreck North of Bethany

A Pattonsburg teen was injured in a wreck four miles northwest of Bethany Thursday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2009 Pontiac G6 driven by Juan Hughes (17) of Pattonsburg was southbound on Route W one mile north of Route F. The vehicle began to slide on the roadway and crossed the center. The vehicle then traveled off the west side of the roadway and overturned several times before coming to rest on its top facing northeast.

Hughes received minor injuries and was taken to Harrison County Community Hospital. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
