One Injured in Wreck Near Graham

One person was injured in a wreck near Graham Thursday afternoon at around 12:46 pm. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2018 Jeep Renegade driven by Belinda Wright (28) of Maitland and a 2018 Ford Edge driven by Bryce Comp (26) of Peru (IN) were both westbound on Route A in Nodaway County, three miles east of Graham. The Edge was slowing to make a left turn into a private driveway. As the Renegade was beginning to pass the Edge, the front driver’s side bumper of the Edge struck the front passenger side bumper of the Renegade. The Renegade overturned, coming to rest on its passenger side facing east. The Edge came to a controlled stop in the westbound lane of Route A facing west.  Wright received minor injuries in the wreck. Comp was not injured. Both were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
