Catelynn Moyer Sets Meet Record in North Harrison; Tiger Teams Sweep

Catelynn Moyer set a new meet record at North Harrison Tuesday, April 14th in the Shot Put with a throw of 9.62 meters. The throw was also a personal best for her. The Tigers were 1-2 in the event, with Jane Hawk second with a throw of 9.14 meters. It was the kind of day that the girls had as they ran away with the meet. Worth County had 179, North Harrison 40.66, Pattonsburg 40, Gilman City 24.33, and East Harrison 8. 

In other action for the girls, Brooklyn Smith won the 100 with a time of 14.03. Kaydence Downing was second with a time of 14.47. Kyah Joslin got a personal best with a time of 15.46. 

Brooklyn Smith won the 200 with a time of 29.62. Jolee Hauber was second with a personal best time of 31.58. Kaydence Downing won the 400 with a time of 1:13.16. Kyah Joslin was third with a time of 1:17. Kinley Fletchall won the 800 with a time of 3:00.37. Hadley Downing got third with a personal best of 3:14.13. Addison Cadle got a personal best with a time of 3:15.96. The Tigers were 1-2 in the 1600 with Kaeslyn Briner winning with a time of 7:51.18 and Zoey Briner second with a time of 9:02.63. 

Renae Gladstone won the 100 Hurdles with a time of 19.70. Jolee Hauber was second with a time of 19.83. 

The 4x100 team of Brecklyn Rush, Renae Gladstone, Hadley Rush, and Brooklyn Smith won with a personal best time of 56.72. A second Tiger contingent of Gwyn Healy, Hadley Downing, Addison Cadle, and Kyah Joslin got a personal best time of 1:02.36. The 4x200 team of Kaydence Downing, Brecklyn Rush, Kinley Fletchall, and Renae Gladstone won with a time of 2:06.20. The 4x400 team of Kaeslyn Briner, Briella Benson, Alexis Snead, and Kylie Combs won with a time of 5:56.33.

In the High Jimp, Kinley Fletchall tied for first with a height of 1.32 meters. Brecklyn Rush also tied for first, also with a height of 1.32 meters. Renae Gladstone got a personal best in the Pole Vault and won with a height of 2.13 meters. Hadley Rush was second with a height of 1.98 meters. Kylie Combs got a personal best with a height of 1.83 meters.

Brooklyn Smith completed a hat trick in the Long Jump with a personal best of 4.86 meters. She won all four events in which she participated; besides the Long Jump, she participated in the 100, 200, and 4x100. Hadley Rush was fourth with a jump of 3.90 meters.

Hadley Rush won the Triple Jump with a personal best jump of 9.22 meters. Brecklyn Rush tried her hand and got third with a jump of 8.67 meters.  

Gabbey Maudlin won the Discus with a throw of 23.60 meters, a personal best. Jane Hawk was second with a throw of 23.40. Gwyn Healy got a personal best by over five meters with a throw of 21.75 meters. Keylee Smith got a personal best by almost six meters with a throw of 21.30 meters. 

The boys were pushed hard by North Harrison, but they overcame to win the meet. Worth County had 130, North Harrison 92, East Harrison 24, and Gilman City 11.

Cole Hardy won the 100 with a time of 12.28. Hudson Cameron was second with a time of 13 seconds. Cole Hardy won the 200 with a personal best time of 25.51. Cole also won the 400 with a time of 59.38, close to a personal best. David Wideman was fourth with a personal best time of 1:06.02, beating his previous mark by two seconds. Max Hiatt won the 100 Hurdles with a time of 17.78. Silas Brown was second with a time of 18.19. Jace Mullock got a personal best with a time of 21.34. 

The 4x100 team of Max Hiatt, Gunnar Smith, Silas Brown, and Hudson Cameron won with a time of 52.71. The 4x200 team of Max Hiatt, Gunnar Smith, Jarrett Gilland, and Hudson Cameron won with a time of 1:53.56. 

Jarrett Gilland was second in the High Jump with a personal best height of 1.47 meters. Jace Mullock was sixth with a jump of 1.32 meters. Jarrett Gilland won the Pole Vault with a personal best height of 2.59 meters. Max Hiatt was second with a height of 2.29 meters. Silas Brown was third in the Long Jump with a jump of 4.38 meters. Silas won the Triple Jump with a jump of 10.75 meters. Jace Mullock was third with a personal best jump of 8.87 meters. 

Gunnar Smith won the Shot Put with a personal best throw of 10.34 meters. Weston Hill was second with a throw of 9.50, also a personal best. Jakob Herbert got a personal best with a throw of 9.39 meters. 

Jakob Herbert won the Discus with a throw of 27.05 meters, a personal best by over three meters. Hudson Cameron was second with a personal best throw of 26.93 meters, almost six meters over his previous mark. Chase Davidson got a personal best throw of 22.40 meters.
