On January 5th, Zachary Indovina (34) of Maryville failed to appear in Nodaway County Circuit Court on a charge of Driving While Revoked (Felony). A warrant was issued and bond set at $3,000 with defendant given leave to post 10% cash.
On January 6th, Keith Coffin (45) of Channelview (TX) pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI, No Valid License, Speeding (26+ mph over), and No Insurance. He was sentenced to 5 days in jail and fined $603.50 plus costs by Judge Micha Lea Dixon.
On January 6th, Michael Coffelt pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On January 6th, Larry Miller (33) of Skidmore failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court for a restitution hearing as part of his probation. A warrant was issued and bond set at $370, cash only. The defendant is on probation for Stealing.
On January 6th, Laci Noel (36) of Trenton pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. She was placed on two years probation by Judge Micha Lea Dixon. Defendant may not enter bars or possess or consume alcohol. Defendant must perform 30 hours of community service.
On January 7th, Tucker Craft (21) of Maryville failed to appear in Gentry County Associate Circuit Court on charges of Harassment, No Valid License, Making False Report, No Insurance, and Displaying Plates of Another. A warrant was issued and bond set at $500, cash only.
On January 7th, Zebulon Searcy (45) of Pattonsburg was placed on five years probation by Judge Daren Atkins in Daviess County Circuit Court. The defendant had pleaded guilty to charges of Domestic Assault (Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Defendant must complete Anger Management, have contact with the victim only through My Family Wizard, and serve 24 days in jail.
On January 7th, Terry Atkison (45) of Darlington pleaded guilty in Gentry County Associate Circuit Court to charges of Stopping in the Middle of the Roadway and DWI. He was fined $50.50 plus court costs for a total of $166.50 by Judge Rebecca McGinley. He was sentenced to four days in jail.
On January 7th, Daviess County Circuit Judge Daren Atkins revoked the probation of Colynn Lent (47) of Jamesport and sentenced him to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. The defendant had been on probation on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).
On January 7th, Judge Corey Herron ordered the release of Ben Marion (53) of Kansas City to probation following completion of a 120-day treatment program. Defendant must attend aftercare, not consume alcohol or enter bars, submit to testing as directed, and pay outstanding court costs. Defendant had been sentenced after pleading guilty to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).
On January 8th, Judge Corey Herron revoked the probation of Michael Sprague (57) of Albany in Gentry County Circuit Court and sentenced him to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. He had been placed on probation for Possession of Controlled Substance.
On January 8th, Joseph Herrity (29) of Trenton pleaded guilty in Gentry County Circuit Court to a charge of Driving While Revoked (Felony). He was sentenced to 60 days in jail by Judge Corey Herron.
On January 10th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Tyler Jones (25) of Kellerton on a charge of DWI. Bond was set at $1,000.
On January 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Albert Ferguson (41) of Maryville alleging Arson (Felony). Bond was denied.
On January 11th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Miles Smothers (25) of Lamoni on charges of DWI and Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500.
On January 12th, Judge Corey Herron issued a warrant for the arrest of Bryan Harris (45) of Winfield (MO) following receipt of a violation report. Bond was denied. The defendant was on probation for Non-Support (Felony).
On January 12th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Elfonso Dudley (41) of St. Joseph alleging Non-Support (Felony). The amount alleged owed is $14,066.67.
On January 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Ashley Farrell (34) of Maryville alleging Stealing (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000, cash or corporate surety.
On January 12th, Francis Telarico (49) of Kansas City was arrested in Nodaway County on an Adams County (IL) warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Felony). Bond was denied.
On January 13th, Gerald Williams (45) of Kansas City was arrested in Harrison County and ordered extradited to Johnson County (KS) on three counts Theft (Felony). Bond was set at $7,500.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
