A vandalism wave has hit the Hopkins Park, along with misuse. Among recent incidents:
—Kids playing with rocks in the new equipment area on the padding. It takes volunteers hours of work to clean them off.
—Kids taking bikes and clothing to the park and leaving them.
—Someone recently vandalized the two-seater swing.
