On June 10th, Larry Miller (32) of Skidmore pleaded guilty to a charge of Stealing. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice. Defendant must make restitution of $369.99. Court will terminate probation early if defendant pays off restitution, fees, and court costs by December 31st.
On June 10th, Judge Micha Lea Dixon issued an arrest warrant for Fabeik Maker (29) of Kansas City in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court following a bond violation report. Bond was set at $5,000, cash only. Defendant is facing charges of Driving While Revoked (Felony) and Speeding (26+ mph over).
On June 10th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Miles Baldwin (34) of Cameron alleging Statutory Rape (Felony), Statutory Sodomy (Felony), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony). Bond was denied.
On June 10th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Tracy Owings (47) of Jamesport alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000, cash only. On June 11th, the defendant was released on her own recognizance. Defendant must wear drug patch and may not use alcohol or controlled substances.
On June 10th, the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department reported that a deputy attempted to make contact with two subjects in the Barnard area near the 102 River. One fled on foot and was located a short time later. All subjects involved have been located and identified.
On June 11th, Livingston County Prosecutor Brian Keedy filed a Motion to Revoke Probation against Kayla Jones (32) of Kansas City and Judge Ryan Horsman issued an arrest warrant after the defendant picked up Drug Trafficking charges in Daviess County. Bond was denied. The defendant was on probation in Livingston County on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).
On June 11th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Trevor Grabel (28) of King City in Gentry County on a charge of DWI (Drugs).
On June 11th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones refiled charges against David Chandler (44) of King City alleging Attempted Burglary (Felony) and Possession of Burglar Tools (Felony). On June 11th, Prosecutor Jones filed new charges against Chandler alleging Burglary (Felony), Stealing, and Property Damage. Bond was set at $7,500, cash only. An affidavit from the King City Police Department alleges the defendant broke into a business and stole food from a refrigerator, damaging it in the process. This is in addition to charges filed June 9th.
On June 11th, the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department reported it had completed a narcotics investigation. As a result, a search warrant was obtained and two subjects were taken into custody. The first subject was charged with Delivery of Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The second subject was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and DWI.
On June 12th, Ryan Mapes (20) of Lathrop was placed on five years probation by Judge Ryan Horsman. Defendant must serve 104 days of shock time in jail, to be served on weekends. Defendant must perform 40 hours of community service within six months, and complete written apologies to each officer involved. Defendant had pleaded guilty on February 13th.
On June 12th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Shelby Lane (35) of Ridgeway alleging Domestic Assault. Bond was set at $50,000, cash only.
On June 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Scott Alkire (68) of Barnard alleging Possession of Methamphetamine (Felony) and DWI. Bond was set at $5,000, cash or corporate surety. On June 12th, Prosecutor Dieter also filed charges against Tameika Russell (38) of Maryville alleging Delivery of Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000, cash or corporate surety.
On June 13th, Jessica Chandra (37) of Templeton (IA) pleaded guilty in Harrison County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Unlawful U-Turn (Accident). She was fined $35.50 plus costs by Judge Jay Hemenway.
On June 13th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Tycene Wilson (56) of Bethany alleging Witness Tampering (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000, cash only. Defendant may not possess or consume alcohol, enter bars or liquor stores, or possess or consume controlled substance. Defendant may not have contact with the victim or enter their residence or place of their employment. Defendant shall be on house arrest and shall leave only with permission of probation officer. Defendant must wear GPS device.
On June 13th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Rex McClain (68) of Cainsville alleging Domestic Assault (Felony). Bond was set at $20,000, cash only. Defendant may not possess or consume alcohol, enter bars or liquor stores, or possess or consume controlled substances. Defendant may have no contact with victim or enter their residence or place of employment. Defendant shall be on house arrest and may not leave except for employment or otherwise directed by the probation officer. Defendant must wear GPS.
On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Trevor Wolf (20) of St. Joseph alleging Stealing. An Affidavit from the Maryville Police Department alleges the defendant stole $133.60 worth of merchandise from the Maryville Wal-Mart. Prosecutor Dieter also filed charges against Jamie Justice (41) of Maryville alleging Burglary (Felony) and Stealing. The affidavit states the defendant was previously trespassed from the store and that order is still in effect.
On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Jeffrey Blair (64) of Wichita (KS) alleging Failure to Register, Careless & Imprudent Driving, No Valid License, Failure to Stop, Following Too Closely, Speeding, No Insurance, and No Seat Belt.
On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Piper Hunt (21) of Burlington Junction alleging DWI, Speeding (69 mph), and Failure to Place Stopped Vehicle as Near Right Hand Side as practicable.

On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Michael Schneider (36) of Guilford alleging Violation of Protection Order.
On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Brian Cuchetti (33) of Albany alleging Stealing. An affidavit from the Maryville Police Department alleges the defendant stole $536.21 in merchandise from the Maryville Wal-Mart.
On June 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Macy Karl (23) of Maryville alleging DWI (.217% Blood Alcohol Content).
On June 13th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 66 year old Eagleville woman was injured in a wreck at around 8:12 am when a Dodge Ram driven by a 58 year old Eagleville man pulled out of a business parking lot and struck her car with his pickup.
On June 13th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested David Strickland (57) of Monticello (AR) in Harrison County on charges of DWI and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).
On June 16th, Michael Hartley (37) of Elmo pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Domestic Assault. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant may have no offensive contact with the victim.
On June 16th, James Wilmes (23) of Albany pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must make restitution of $5,377.24 to the victim.
On June 16th, Andrew Phillips (21) of Hopkins pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Harassment (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On June 16th, Dacco Muth (20) of Kansas City (KS) admitted to violating his probation in Nodaway County Circuit Court by associating with a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 29 days shock time in jail with credit for 20 served.
On June 16th, Jimmy Young (46) of Grant City pleaded guilty in Worth County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident). He was assessed $97 in fines and costs by Judge Joel Miller.
On June 16th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against David Kay Cole (61) of Stanberry alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony), Property Damage, and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
