Demolition of Yetter Building to Start by End of Month

A Building Commissioner’s meeting was held Monday September 10^th, 2012, 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Present: Commissioners: Dennis Downing, Bruce Downing, and Catherine Runde. Cathy James, Debbie Roach absent. Secretary: Ayvonne Morin, Bridget Gibson, Carl Staton

Meeting called to order by Chairman Cathy James.

Minutes: Commissioner Runde made motion to approve the minutes from August 8^th, 2012, Commissioner Dennis Downing, seconded, motion carried.

Building: Commissioner Dennis Downing made motion to begin the demolition

of the Yetter building, Commissioner Bruce Downing, seconded, motion carried.

Commissioner Dennis Downing has contacted JC Dirtwork and demolition will

proceed the end of September.

Commissioner Dennis Downing made motion to adjourn, Commissioner Runde, seconded, motion

Carried.  Meeting adjourned 5:50 p.m.
