On August 11th, Howell County Circuit Court Judge Robert Ray issued a warrant for the arrest of Dawn Muncy (48) of West Plans after the defendant picked up charges in Nodaway County. Bond was set at $10,000, cash or corporate surety. The defendant had been on probation in Howell County after being convicted of a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony).
On August 12th, Cory Kreiling (21) of Kearney pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of DWI. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice.
On August 12th, Cole Alloway (26) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Operating Vehicle w/o Properly Equipped Bumpers. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice and fined $250 plus costs.
On August 12th, Judge Robert Rice fined Kolten Smith (21) of Maryville $500 for a probation violation and revoked his probation. The defendant had been on probation for DWI.
On August 12th, Christy Hamilton (49) of St. Joseph failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court on charges of Burglary (Felony) and Stealing. A warrant was issued and bond set at $500, cash only.
On August 12th, Jeffrey Claphan (44) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Peace Disturbance. He was fined $350 plus court costs by Judge Robert Rice.

On August 12th, Kristin Karr (28) of Maryville failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of Stealing (Felony). A warrant was issued and bond set at $500, cash only.
On August 12th, Jason Langley (49) of St. Joseph failed to appear in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of Burglary (Felony) and Stealing. A warrant was issued and bond set at $500, cash only.
On August 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Christopher Cash (41) of St. Joseph and Crystal Cash (43) of St. Joseph alleging Stealing (Felony). Bond for both was set at $4,000, cash only, for each defendant. An affidavit from the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendants entered into contracts with the victims agreeing to replace their pool liner, and then their entire pool. The victims allegedly paid $7,459 up front for the project. The project was allegedly never completed, and the victims hired a separate company to complete the project.
On August 12th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Kristina Kelley (48) of Savannah alleging Stealing. An affidavit from the Maryville Police Department alleges the defendant stole $256.27 in merchandise from a local store.

Defendant must complete anger management class and a violence assessment. Defendant must make restitution to victim of $122.

On August 13th, Judge Rebecca McGinley issued a Capias Warrant for Matthew Thomas (43) of King City following the receipt of two bond violation reports. The defendant is facing a charge of Receiving Stolen Property (Felony).

On August 13th, Brenden Bloomquist (23) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident). He was fined $80.50 plus costs by Judge Robert Rice.
On August 13th, Damen Graham (31) of Odessa (MO) pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to charges of Assault and Resisting Arrest. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Ryan Horman. Defendant may not enter Daviess County.
On August 13th, Jessica McSparren (41) of Brimson (MO) pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to a charge of Trafficking Drugs. She was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections by Judge Ryan Horsman.
On August 13th, Judge Matthew Krohn revoked two probations of Dakoda Wright (32) of Cainsville in Mercer County Circuit Court and sentenced him to 9 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. He had been on probation in a 2021 case for Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony) and a 2023 case for Tampering with Motor Vehicle (Felony) and Receiving Stolen Property (Felony). The defendant was given credit for 89 days served.
On August 13th, Daviess County Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson filed charges against Kyley Culbertson (25) of Trenton alleging DWI (Marijuana).
On August 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Jessica Bram (31) of Elmo alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of Weapon & Controlled Substance (Felony), Stealing, and No Valid License. Bond was set at $10,000, with the defendant to be released on her own recognizance.
On August 15th, Hubert Cook (43) of King City pleaded guilty in Gentry County Associate Circuit Court to charges of Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident) and Leaving the Scene. He was placed on two years probation and assessed $215.50 in fines and costs by Judge Rebecca McGinley.
On August 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Jamiee Fee (32) of Burlington Junction alleging DWI (Prior) and Careless & Imprudent Driving.
On August 15th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Nicholas Hinkle (37) of Maryville alleging Property Damage (Felony) and Domestic Assault. Bond was set at $500, cash only.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
