The bubble burst for the Worth County boys at the hands of Maryville Friday. Still playing without Cade Allee (calf), they made a game out of it for three quarters against the Spoofhounds before the bottom dropped out in the fourth and they fell 56-36. Worth County was within 21-20 at the half and only trailed 36-30 going into the fourth before being outscored 20-6.
Drake Kinsella had 14 to lead the Tigers. Jacob New had 8, Caleb Parman 6, Ryan McClellan 5, Mason Hawk 2, and Jaxon Anderson 1. Worth County was 6 of 16 from the line. They made six shots from behind the arc; Caleb Parman, Jacob New, and Drake Kinsella all had 2 for the Tigers.
