Waubonsie Tractor Club to be in St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Waubonsie Tractor Club will be in a St. Patrick's Day Parade in Mount Ayr Thursday. The parade will line up at the Clearview Nursing Home at 2:30, and proceed to the square. Some members will possibly down Highway 2 and visit the Mount Ayr Health Care Center as well afterwards. The Waubonsie Tractor Club, based in Benton, IA, is a club that specializes in restoring antique tractors and showing them around the area. They go to parades and community events all over southwest Iowa as well as Northwest Missouri.

They are also planning a possible tractor pull on August 20th at Benton, a tractor pull at the Mormontown Sesquicentennial Days in Blockton on the 27th, the 4th of July Parade in Clearfield, a trip to Ellston on September 18th, and a trip to Grant City to visit nursing home residents at some point this summer.
