No Summer Softball for Older Girls

There will be no summer softball for the older Worth County girls this year due to lack of numbers. Players interested in playing softball this year will either have to sit out this summer or play traveling softball, which will be a lot more expensive especially with the higher gas prices this year. There are already some players who are planning to play on a traveling squad. Worth County will have a strong sophomore class coming up this fall but will have to find a way to replace shortstop Brooke Gilland.
