On March 11th, Christine Goforth (64) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident). She was placed on probation for two years by Judge Robert Rice. Defendant may not possess alcoholic beverages, enter any establishment whose primary purpose is the sale of alcohol, complete 60 hours of community service by March 1st, 2026, maintain SCRAM device for 60 days, and complete Family Guidance or similar treatment program and abide by all directions.
On March 11th, Diana Fisher (65) of Clearmont pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Stealing. She was placed on probation for one year by Judge Robert Rice. Defendant must make restitution of $210.25.
On March 11th, Drew Wiederholt (22) of Ravenwood pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Leaving the Scene. He was placed on two years probation by Judge Robert Rice. Defendant must complete SATOP and complete the Midwest Victim Impact Program,
On March 11th, the North Daviess School District reported that a school bus was involved in an accident that afternoon while completing its scheduled afternoon routes. All students and staff members were reported safe.
On March 11th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Mark Brown (60) of Henderson (NV) in Daviess County on charges of Resisting Arrest, DWI (Drugs), Speeding (97 mph), and Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway. Charges were filed the following day by Prosecutor Andrea Beth Gibson. Bond was denied.
On March 12th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Javier Palmer (20) of St. Joseph alleging two counts Domestic Assault.
On March 12th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Collin Hatfield (29) of Kellerton on a Ringgold County Warrant (Sex Offender Registration Violation). Bond was set at $2,000, cash only.
On March 12th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 16 year old girl from Parnell and an 18 year old boy from Ravenwood received minor injuries after the vehicle driven by the girl struck the vehicle driven by the boy, who was attempting to make a left turn from 136 into a private drive three miles west of Ravenwood. There were multiple cop cars and firetrucks on the scene, and traffic was restricted to one lane of traffic that afternoon.
On March 12th, Anthony Logston (35) of Hamilton pleaded guilty in Daviess County Circuit Court to charges of Domestic Assault (Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony). A presentence investigation was ordered and defendant will be sentenced on May 5th, 2025.
On March 12th, Judge Ryan Horsman placed Colynn Lent (46) of Jamesport on five years probation at sentencing. The defendant had pleaded guilty to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony) on December 11th, 2024. Defendant must reside at Ja’Vinci’s Angel’s and attend AA/NA meetings at least two times per week.
On March 12th, Endrina Bracho had their bond revoked in St. Louis County Circuit Court after they were detained by immigration authorities in Kentucky. A new bond was set at $150,000 with no 10% allowed. They were facing charges of Involuntary Manslaughter (Felony), two counts Assault (Felony), two counts Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony), No Valid License, and No Insurance.
On March 12th, Kimbery Canales (50) of St. Joseph pleaded guilty in Gentry County Circuit Court to charges of DWI and Driving While Revoked. The defendant was placed on two years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must serve 14 days shock time in jail to be served on weekends, attend SATOP, and pay a $200 fine.
On March 12th, Jared Holcomb (33) of Gallatin pleaded guilty in Daviess County Associate Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). Sentencing will be done at a later date.
On March 13th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Juvahani Rodriguez (19) of Maryville alleging Resisting Arrest and Trespassing.
On March 14th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 1997 Ford F-150 traveling northbound on 239th Street failed to yield the right of way while crossing Route 6 west of Gallatin and was struck by a 2019 GMC Sierra. The driver of the Ford received minor injuries.
On March 14th, the Eastern Missouri US Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of Corie Boyer (49) of Jefferson County (MO) on four counts Wire Fraud and two counts Money Laundering. The defendant allegedly embezzled $400,000 in funds from a church in DeSoto (MO) and used it to pay credit card bills, airfare for herself and relatives, cruises, college tuition payments, shopping, taxes, and rent.
On March 14th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Talan Stark (18) of Kellerton on a charge of Harassment. Bond was set at $300.
On March 16th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Timothy Chaney (25) of Wilcox in Nodaway County on charges of No Front License Plate, No Insurance, and a Nodaway County Warrant for Failure to Appear (Traffic Violation).
On March 17th, Levi Streebin (43) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Tampering with Motor Vehicle (Felony). He was placed on probation for five years by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must make restitution of $175.
On March 17th, Clarissa Ferguson (38) of Maryville pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). She was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron. Defendant must successfully complete the Fourth Circuit Alternative Court Program and all aftercare.
On March 17th, Shaun Frame (45) of Burlington Junction pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). He was placed on five years probation by Judge Corey Herron.
On March 17th, Kathleen Asher (32) of St. Joseph pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to a charge of Stealing (Felony). She was sentenced to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections nu Judge Corey Herron, to be served concurrently with a Buchanan County case.
On March 17th, Judge Robert Rice issued a Capias Warrant for Thomas Gilliland (28) of Pickering following receipt of a bond violation report. Gilliland is facing a charge of Assault (Felony).
On March 17th, Christopher Wiederholt (65) of Conception Junction pleaded guilty in Nodaway County Circuit Court to charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony) and Driving While Revoked (Felony). A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for May 5th.
On March 17th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Donald Moad (53) of King City in Gentry County on charges of DWI (Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Driving While Revoked (Felony), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
