North Nodaway’s junior high track team competed Thursday at the Junior High Cardinal Relays at North Andrew, with the girls getting four team points.
For the girls, Mid-Buchanan had 82, West Platte 63.5, North Platte 54, Mound City 53, East Atchison 53, St. Gregory’s 38.5, South Holt 26, Riverside 7th 18, Buchanan County Middle School 16, Riverside 8th 16, Avenue City 12, Nodaway Valley 9, Union Star 6, North Andrew 6, Maysville 5, North Nodaway 4, and St. Joseph Christian 2.
For the boys, North Platte had 68, Mound City 56, North Andrew 53, St. Joseph Christian 49, Riverside 8th 47, Avenue City 35, East Atchison 32, Nodaway Valley 32, Maysville 24, South Holt 14, Buchanan County Middle School 14, Mid-Buchanan 11, Union Star 10, Riverside 7th 10, St. Gregory’s 4, Southwest Livingston 4, and West Platte 2.
Trynzlee Ebrecht accounted for North Nodaway’s points with a fourth place finish in the 100 Hurdles. She got a personal best time of 20.31. Piper Smith got a season best with 24.96. Zoey Phillips got a personal best in the Long Jump with a jump of 3.44 meters.
For the boys, Jackson Keho got a personal best in the 100 with a time of 13.54. Tristen Wray also got a personal best with a time of 18.24. Keho got a personal best in the Long Jump with a jump of 4.31 meters.
