Four Place in Top Ten at FBLA State for Worth County

The Worth County chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America recently participated in the State Leadership Conference in Columbia Missouri April 17th-19th. Worth County was well represented with 4 of the 5 qualifiers placing in the top 10 at the state level. Jordan Harding placed 4th overall in Business Calculations. Todd Harding, Will Buffington, and Jordan Harding placed 5th overall in Web Design. Their website can be viewed at http://wc.k12.mo.us/FBLA/index.html. Brooke Gilland placed 7th overall in Marketing. Will Buffington placed 10th overall in Business Law. Bryson Scott also qualified for the state contest in Sports Management. To place at the state level is quite the accomplishment as Missouri is the second biggest chapter in the nation with 15,392 members in 431 chapters across the state.
