Birth Announcement: Harper Lynn Downing
Harper Lynn Downing was born to Vanessa Downing last Wednesday, March 2nd. She weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. Grandparents are Dennis Downing of Grant City and Barb Mitchell Roderman. Great-grandfather is Gene Mitchell.
