Several new traffic tickets were filed in Worth County Associate Circuit Court last week. Matthew Hunter (58) of Grant City was ticketed by Deputy Scott Sherer for running a stop sign on July 26th at 11:38 am at YY and 169. He was charged on July 26 by Prosecutor David Baird.
Robert Hahn was ticketed by Deputy Sherer for unlawfully operating an ATV on M and Mill Street. He was charged on July 25th.
Dwayne Harmening (48) of Grant City was charged with traveling 60 miles per hour on High Street on August 13th at 11 pm. He was ticketed by Patrol Officer Brad Maudlin and charged by Baird on August 17th. He was also ticketed for having no insurance.
Tyler Lorentz (25) of Sheridan received three tickets from Trooper Maudlin for a traffic stop on August 2nd at 9:40 pm at 246 and Elk. He was ticketed for selling/purchasing a motor vehicle or trailer without transferring a certificate of ownership, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was charged on August 17th.
Joseph McDonald (33) of Grant City was ticketed by Trooper Maudlin on August 13th at 4:28 pm on County Road 110 west of Quartz for no plates and no insurance. Charges were filed on August 17th.
William Teager (34) of Grant City was ticketed by Trooper Maudlin on August 13th for failure to register on 46 at 11:40 pm. He was charged on August 17th.
Rita Ware (55) of Parnell was ticketed by Trooper Maudlin on August 3rd on 46 & Z at 12:38 pm for driving while suspended.
Brandy Harrington (32) of Grant City was ticketed by Deputy Scott Sherer for operating a vehicle without a valid license on July 26th at M & Noble at 3:25 pm. She was charged on August 17th.
Charges listed are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
