Maintenance is scheduled on the U.S. Route 169 bridge over the Middle Fork of the Grand River south of Grant City next week. Missouri Department of Transportation crews will work on the substructure of the bridge Monday, Aug. 15 through Thursday, Aug. 18, and will be on site from approximately 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
As part of the substructure work, the bridge will be closed briefly between 9 and 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17. During this brief closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route. All scheduled work is weather permitting and subject to change.
