Parnell Woman Life Flighted Following Wreck North of Sheridan

A Parnell woman was life flighted following a wreck north of Sheridan last Tuesday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2005 Dodge Ram driven by Alicia Kennedy (30) of Parnell was southbound on Route H at around 7:33 am 3.25 miles north of Sheridan when it failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the right side, struck a hay bale, and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its top facing southbound. Kennedy was seriously injured and lifeflighted to Mosaic Life Care. She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The accident was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Worth County Ambulance, Worth County and Ravenwood Fire Departments, and the Worth County Sheriff's Office.
