James Morgan, Class C Felony receiving stolen property, receiving and keeping a 1987 Cougar knowing it had been stolen, plea guilty. 5 year Suspended Execution of Sentence, 60 days shock time in jail with credit for time already served, must make restitution, $46 Crime Victims Fee, $375 Public Defender's Fee payable at $50/month starting June 15th, 5 years probation.
