Worth County grad Monty Chitty was featured on the Mosaic Life Care Sports Medicine page Monday. He is based out of Mosaic in Maryville, and is the athletic trainer for Albany, Stanberry, Worth County, North Nodaway, NEN, and Bedford. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, ATV’s, and sports cards. As quoted on the page, when asked why he became an athletic trainer, he replied, “"I severely injured my hip my freshman year of high school during football. There was absolutely no one there at the game to provide care or direction for care. I became interested in the profession in that way in order to provide care for student athletes that otherwise would not be able to receive that care."
