On February 22nd, Special Prosecutor Tara Cluck filed charges against Christopher Carroll (49) of Forest City in Nodaway County alleging Non-Support (Felony).
On February 23rd, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Brandon Rairden (30) of Bethany alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony) and Resisting Arrest. Bond was set at $20,000, cash only.
On February 23rd, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Heather Mitchell (38) of Bethany alleging Stealing (Felony). Bond was set at $2,500, cash only.
On February 24th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Hollie Peek (29) of Hopkins alleging Stealing.
On February 24th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against April Smith (22) of New Hampton alleging DWI (Prior) and Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).
On February 24th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2007 Toyota 4Runner driven by Scott Carr (57) of Tulsa (OK) was northbound on I-35 at mile marker 92.9 when he traveled off the left side, crossed the median, struck a guardrail, and overturned, blocking the passing lane of southbound I-35. Receiving minor injuries were Devard Hanna (38) of Tulsa and Leslie Hanna (56) of Tulsa. Carr was not injured.
On February 25th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Brendt Drew (31) of Lyndon (KS) in Harrison County on a charge of Speeding (26+ mph over).
On February 25th, Special Prosecutor Tara Cluck filed charges against Abdoulaye Cone (31) of Minneapolis (MN) in Nodaway County alleging Non-Support (Felony).
On February 26th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Isaac Hernandez-Morales (22) of Menifee (CA) in Harrison county on a Platte County Warrant for Failure to Appear (Speeding).
On February 26th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2005 Chevy Cavalier driven by Sara Rowland (38) of Hopkins was westbound on Morehouse Street and a 2007 Dodge Caliber driven by David McClure (42) of Hopkins was northbound on 2nd Street. The Patrol says the Dodge failed to yield to the Cavalier at an uncontrolled intersection and struck the left front of the Cavalier. Rowland and a 13 year old passenger in her vehicle both received minor injuries and were taken to Mosaic in Maryville. McClure was not injured.
On February 27th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Hilario Lopez (33) of King City alleging DWI.
On February 27th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Tanner Marriott (28) of College Springs (IA) alleging DWI and Failure to Dim Headlights.
On February 27th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Augustus Shunk (22) of Fillmore alleging DWI, Speeding (20-25 mpg over), and Failure to Dim Headlights.
On March 1st, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Samantha Wheeler (29) of Faucett in Harrison County on a charge of Driving While Revoked and a City of Bethany Warrant (Failure to Appear).
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
