A King City woman was seriously injured in a wreck in Worth County on Tuesday, March 8th. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2015 Ford Explorer driven by Amanda Pawling (46) of King City was northbound on 169 at 190th street two miles south of Grant City when she fell asleep at the wheel, crossed over the center line, off the west side, and struck a concrete drainage culvert. She was seriously injured and was taken to Mosaic in Albany.
