A Budget meeting was held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Debbie Roach-Aldermen: Catherine Runde-Charlotte Green-& Bruce Downing, Tyler Steele. City Administrator: Meggan Brown, Clerk: Cecelia Burbach.
Mayor called meeting to order at 6:11 pm.
Debbie stated that she would like to see 2018 actual in addition to 2019 actual and 2020 amended. Discussions were held regarding various income and expenses on the 2021 proposed budget.
Catherine Runde read Bill #12721 Ordinance 3711 An Ordinance for the 2021 Proposed Budget for The City of Grant City, Missouri two times. Charlotte Green made motion to approve Proposed 2021 Budget, Catherine Runde seconded, motion carried.
Catherine Runde read Bill 12721 Ordinance 3712 An Ordinance for the 2020 Amended Budget for the City of Grant City, Missouri two times. Tyler Steele made motion to accept 2020 Amended Budget, Charlotte Green seconded, motion carried.
At 7:20 pm Catherine Runde made motion to adjourn budget meeting, Charlotte Green seconded, motion carried.
