Kaitlyn Davidson improved on her distance in the Shot Put in winning that event. She threw for a distance of 35'4", five inches better than her showing in Albany. That was 2'6" ahead of Haley Craig of Gallatin. Taylor Causey greatly improved her throwing as she improved her throw by over three feet in placing 5th. Davidson was 21 feet off her throw in the Discus, but still finished second with a throw of 74'6". That was 11 inches off the throw of Kristen Nielson of South Nodaway. Taylor Causey improved on her distance in the discus by 7'2" as she placed third with a throw of 71'1".
Winning the High Jump was Alysa Lyle with a jump of 4'11". That was five inches ahead of Mariah Sunderland and Hunter Purdun of South Harrison. Lyle also won the Pole Vault with a varsity-level vault of 7'6". That was 6 inches ahead of Emily Graves of Tarkio. Tess Andrews, following in sister Claire's footsteps, was third at 6'6". Tess was one foot better than her vault in Albany while Lyle improved on her Albany height by 6 inches.
Sydney Thummel won the Triple Jump with a jump of 28'11". That was 2'4" off her jump at Albany, but still good enough to beat out Kailey Salmon of Gallatin by 8 1/2". Sydney also won the 100 and took .54 of a second off her time at Albany as she got a time of 13.34. That was .30 of a second ahead of Sarah Lin of Gallatin and would have placed her in some varsity events.
Sydney won her third event of the afternoon as she won the 75 Meter Hurdles with a time of 13.20. That was one of the closest races of the afternoon as she beat out Emily Graves of Tarkio by two hundredths of a second. Alysa Lyle was 6th with a time of 13.85. Both improved by two tenths of a second from their Albany times.
The 4x200 Relay Team won with a time of 2:03.15. That was 2.6 seconds ahead of the second place Gallatin team. The 4x100 Relay Team beat out South Harrison, who had beaten them in Albany. They lost to Maysville by .38 of a second, but improved on their time from Albany by almost a second, getting a time of 58.81.
Sydney Thummel was second in the 400, getting a time of 1:06.30. That was 1.42 seconds off the pace set by Sarah Lin and .42 of a second off her pace set at Albany. Brianna Riley of Northeast Nodaway picked up the lone point for either of Northeast's teams that afternoon, getting 6th with a time of 1:13.30.
The 4x400 Relay Team was third with a time of 4:52. That was 20.89 better than their time at Albany; they were only six seconds behind Gallatin as opposed to 32.09 seconds at Albany. Mound City won with a time of 4:45.
